Good afternoon.

What can be the cause of error:

PMAN termination due to ORA-455 in action 'checking restartable detached processes'

Errors in file ...

ORA-00455: timeout waiting for background process 'PMON' cleanup

Incident details in: ...

USER (ospid: 22633): terminating the instance due to error 455

System state dump requested by (instance=1, osid=22633 (PMAN)), summary=[abnormal instance termination].

System State dumped to trace file ...

Instance terminated by USER, pid = 22633

After which Database was terminated.

In trace files found nothing useful.
