API for inter-org & subinventory transfer function

Hi,

Oracle Apps Version: 12.2.6

I am looking for APIs for Inter org & subinventory transfers but struggling to get sample code to populate mtl_transactions_interface table.

I've found below URLs for this purpose but they are using hard coded values to populate tables.

below document from oracle provides the script to get the values but it doesn't cover subinventory transfers etc.
