Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. I want install jde client on Win10, do you know compliance?

JDE app: 9.0

JDE client OS Win10

where download DB E1local 12c and DB client too (for Win10 64bit) ?

and do I cerate partition? or just isntall on C: root?
