Late Fee Calculation

Hi,

When a late fee for a charge is reversed and once again if the late fee process is run for the same outstanding balance, not late fee is calculated.

Steps to replicate

1. Create a charge with due date as Jan 31,2018 and create a payment as of Feb 15,2018 and apply the payment to the charge.

2. Now Run the late fee process as of today - July 04,2018.

3. A late fee for the defined percentage is created in Jan.

4. Now reverse the late fee charge that was created.

5. Review the customer account to make sure the late fee charge is reversed.

6. Once again run the late fee calculation process for the same student Id.
