cz_config_attributes for pricing functions

Looking to use 3rd Party Application to instantiate the configuration by internally calling servlet by passing the data into configurator  by selecting the options. Configuration will be checked to ensure it is valid and complete.

1. Is it possible to ensure data is written only to cz_config_attributes BUT NOT to other configurator sub-schema tables (like- cz_config_inputs, cz_config_items, cz_model_publications and cz_config_messages etc). So other application i.e iStore, OM, Quoting, etc. can refer to cz_config_attributes for pricing functions etc.

Creation of Config Item / BOM / Routing is NOT required in some cases as the calling application can be 3rd party quoting application may have to just know the price dynamically on the FLY
