Apply hold on sales order line based on Ship Method

Hi,

We have a requirement to apply a hold on Sales order line based on ship method during ship confirm.

we tried to use Hold Sources functionality but we are populating Ship Method from GOP and it will default ship method during order booking only,  whereas hold sources will apply hold during order entry. so Hold sources functionality is not feasible for us.

Please let us know if there is any other way/solution to automatically apply hold on SO line based on SHip Method during Ship confirm.
