CIP Asset Conversion

We are in the process of implementing oracle projects for one of our groups. We have a number of CIP assets in our existing FA system that we want to convert into projects. I have created an expenditure type and source in projects for the CIP assets, but I am not sure how I would go about loading them. Any help would be appreciated.
