Whats the most indicated way to extract Monthly / Yearly data from OTM Cloud ?

Hello guys

We have been trying to extract reports with Bi Publisher but have been getting many timeout errors. Whats the most indicated way to extract data with round 100.000 lines, for example?

We have no restriction regarding technology (web services, rest, etc..). We are kinda lost right now.
