Issue with Punchout

This is the Error Message I see.

An error occurred when transferring to or from the merchant's site. (18036,3408) SCM_PV_EXTERNAL_APP.DirectConnectPunchOut.OnExecute  Name:RaiseConnectionException  PCPC:13720  Statement:178

Please contact your administrator.   Status code: 400 - Bad Request.

When I ping the Node it goes to success. But when i try to punch out from Epro, it gives the above error.
