Partner User Logon Issue - Error 404 on initial logon, anyone else experiencing this?

I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem.  When a new partner user logon onto Unifier for the first time they are sent to OIM to set their new password.  However, once they specify the new password and click "Submit" they are given the error "Error 404--Not Found".  The partner use then needs to either close the browser or click refresh to try logging in once again.  Usually works on the second try but it shouldn't be happening at all. 

Some partner users are also seeing this when they logon again after a successful attempt.  We have an SR open and it appears to be failing on a hand off from OIM to Unifier (my best guess).  We have tried multiple browsers for a partner user who does get this problem.
