Freight Update UBE R4981 is not popularing Short Item field (GLITM) in F0911

I am not sure if I am posting this to the correct community (Distribution v/s Financials).  If this is not the correct forum please let me know.

I am trying to set up Advanced Cost Accounting rules whereby the freight update (UBE R4981) should populate F0911 table with Item number and Sold-To address number in Managerial Analysis code fields.  The UBE is updating Sold-To address correctly but not the Item Number field.  I tried to set up the Flex Rules using different Tables with no success.  I will appreciate any help you can offer.
