Modify Contact Header for a Registration Request

I have a SBC deployed in a basic Access configuration, where the end-points register to the application server via SBC. SBC uses registration-cache to route calls from the core to the end-point.

There is a feature on the application server that allows us to restrict calling to/from a user who is roaming i.e. not in a specific IP address zone. For this feature to work, the application server would need the end-points IP address in the Contact header.
