How to search for the request information in <BEA-00337> stuck thread log on WLS 12c

When the thread occurred clogging,I search for the server log and I don't find the the request detail information as same as this document(ID 2045464.1).This is a bug( Bug 20818726 https://bug.oraclecorp.com/pls/bug/webbug_edit.edit_info_top?rptno=20818726) but has been repaired in 12.2.1.0.I want to know how to adjust the config and view the request information.
