FRM-18122: Oracle Forms Debugger Failed to Initialize

Hi Everybody,

Whenever I start forms builder (frmbld.exe) a warning message like this is always displayed.

However, If I click OK, the forms developer starts. But if i invoke help this warning message is displayed.

Please help me get rid of the warning messages..
