Unable to click on Close button but Ctrl+Alt+L is working fine

Hi Team,

We are facing issue for one user related to Close button issue for application P570501.

When application loads on web the close button is visible but when we take our mouse button on Close button its not allwing us to click on the button, but if we try to use CTRL+ALT+L its working fine.

I have the security for user but everything looks fine, othe ruser with same role is having no issue.

Application Release : 9.2

Tools Release : 9.2.1.4
