Cherry keyboard MSR support for windows 10 and Xstore v16.0.0.0.699

Hi,

We have upgraded xstore v4.5.1 to Xstore v16.0.0.0.699.

The MSR swipe on the Keyboard is working fine on v4.5.1. But on xstore v16.0.0.0.699 it is not working. When we do the balance Inquiry it won't give any result.

Also, the operation system of xstore v4.5.1 is windows7 and for xstore v16.0.0.0.699 is windows10.

The Keyboard details are as below:

CHERRY Modell SPOS

Serial Number: 051670 1637A

I did tried to install the driver [attached] after downloading it from the site:

https://www.cherry.de/download/uk/download.php

Please suggest if any thing I am missing to make the MSR swipe on keyboard work. Also, let me know if more details required for proper analysis.
