BACKUP AND RESTORE incremental

HI,

we have 2 server :

1. server A for production

2. server B for Recovery

we need backup incremental table per daily ( Server A)  and restore to to recovery server (Server , Question :

1. that possible using expdp and impdp ? if yes, how to backup incremental tables ?

2. RMAN ? if yes, please give me some syntax backup incremental tables. and that possible difference instance name and container name.

notte:  oracle standard edition 12c
