R1213: FA Mass Additions line shows New with Zero Cost and Merged with Actual project Cost, Amount w

Hi Team,

Need help,

we have PA and FA we use to generate the assets via Project capital Project, when we Transfer the the Capital Asset to Oracle Fixed Assets, the Capital amount shown on Merged Lines in Prepare Mass Additions form and we have also a new lines with Zero Amount, As per the FA Functionality the Capital asset lines should be with Queue as New instead of Merge. Enclosed the Screen Shot please validate and do the needful.
