BSVW not retrieving data in UBE for Level Break Header

Business View does not get data to process even table has valid data for retrievel ... No data selection ..and  Level Break Header does not get executed ..

In fact BSVW does not get any records to process .. created a new simple UBE with same BSVW and it works ..

Wanted to reuse the same UBE without recreating ...
