Demantra application stopped forcefully

Hi Team,

Demantra application has suddenly got shut down itself due to "JAVA(TM) Platform SE Binary has stopped working" error. User's are unable to save the changes they made on worksheet.  It closes the demantra screen as soon as this java error comes up.There is no provision to close the application without user confirmation. I would like to know on what basis this Java error will be reported and how could we fix it permanently. Please advise.

User got this below warning in Java Console.

Current Java Version Supported.
