Concurrent: Auto-refresh View Request Timer causes Invoice Workbench Problems

Oracle 12.1.3

Has anybody experienced an issue with data entered fields being deleted when the Concurrent: Auto-refresh View Request Timer (new functionality) is set to lower than 5 minutes?   We are having invoice keyers lose their work and can directly tie this to this auto-refresh being turned on in the system.    Although this is difficult to recreate in a test environment due to volume, we definitely have the problem when the functionality is turned on in PROD and don't have the problem when the functionality is turned off (set to zero) in PROD.    Was wondering if anybody else has experienced this.
