Memory Violation Error in P420111

Hi ,

I need your help in a memory violation error which am facing in application P420111. When i try running this application in windows fat client it shows memory violation error. But when the same is launched in local web or on server we are not facing this issue, though the form is loaded am not able to see the row exit button. Has anyone faced this error before. If yes please let me know.
