Submitting R47500 manually or Calling R47500 by a custom UBE

Hi,

We have shipment confirmation information (in an inbound flat file) coming from a 3rd party system and based on that info, we need to ship confirm our existing Sales Orders (in F4201/F4211).

We are planning to design a custom batch in JDE (say R55XXXX) that would read the inbound file and populate F47131 & F47132 tables in JDE with that inbound shipment information.

Next, once F47131 & F47132 are populated, in order to process records from F47131 & F47132 for ship confirm, we are planning to :

(a) Either run R47500 batch manually in JDE

(b) Or, Let the Custom batch (R55XXXX) call R47500
