How to find list of formula attached to list of ingredients

Hi ,

I need to change the scrap factors from percentage based to quanity based for few items in diffenret formula.

Firstly what is the best way to get the list of all formulas which contains all listed item for which I need to change scrap factor. ( Please note I am an end user and do not have access to tables).

Secondly before creating new formula version what are the key points I should consider.
