Rental Lease Invoice with Rules

Hi Dears,

I have business of real estate leasing .I have following scenario :-

Lets say my customer leases an apartment for a period of 12 months , Lease commence Date = 1-Jan-2019 , Lease Termination Date is 31-Dec-2019 ,

Lease execution date is 30-Jun-2019 .

My customer pays total amount of lease (200,000 X 12) 2,400,000 for one year (Jan-19 to Dec-19) in advance.

I want system to generate 12 monthly invoices in AR for recognizing the revenue (Jan-19 to Dec-19) on the basis of Rental Lease created in Property Manager.

After the lease is in final mode and authorized, Property Manager creates Lease Schedule of 12 months (Jan-19 to Dec-19).
