Region Name doesnot exist for the cost center given for this Order.

When I enter a PO via Buyer Work Center linked to a project I am getting the error message "Region Name does not exist for the cost center given for this Order". I can enter the PO and project successfully via forms. Does anyone have an idea of what this error message means? I am not getting a hit in metalink.

Thank you for any help you may be able to provide.
