What Should Be The Logging Status Of Table OE_UPGRADE_WSH_IFACE, should it be LOGGING or NOLOGGING?

We found this seeded oracle applications table set to NOLOGGING in our ebs instance (version 11.2.0.4)

We suspect that it may have gotten set to NOLOGGING during some patch application, perhaps.

What should be the logging status for OE_UPGRADE_WSH_IFACE?    There is a metalink note with same question, but it doesn't answer the question:   What Should Be The Logging Status Of Table OE_UPGRADE_WSH_IFACE? (Doc ID 748328.1)
