Prohibit Changes to ESS Direct Deposit.

Good Afternoon Community,

Does anyone have a work around for the following scenario?

Our Employees use ESS to modify their Auto Deposit Instruction.  As part of a credit counseling program, they are enrolled into an "savings payback" program - using auto deposits. 

The issue is that employee can still go into ESS and turn off/modify the auto deposit. 

Does anyone know a way to shut down the auto deposit for this type of employees?

The other workaround would be to set is up as a deductible - garnishment.
