Dblink issue

Hi,

Application team connected to RAC database while they are trying to fetch the information using database link they are firing the query parallelly in four session whereas they are getting output in 2 session and remaining two sessions they are hitting with below error.

Kindly suggest

SQL> desc  svsuser.signmaintenance@SSOSLDB
  ERROR:
  ORA-03150: end-of-file on communication channel for database link
  ORA-02063: preceding line from SSOSLDB
