AP TB not showing any output prior definition

Created a new OU, and we have posted transactions for 3 months.  Then we realized AP TB was not defined, we have defined it, the entries which are posted to GL after the APTB creation only appearing, old entries are not appearing.  How can we tally the AP & GL in this case.
