CRS IPMP interfaces warning/error

Hello everyone

I am getting the below warning/error in the GRID CRS trace log, below collected from node1 , I have the below system

ORACLE RAC DATABASE 12.2c

TWO nodes

Sun solaries 11.3

Appreciate if you help me to understand this and if it need a SR with MOS or it just a warning and I can ignore it ?
