DB oracle client 32bit wrong ping Reply from ::1: time<1ms

Hi,

after install DB Oracle client 32bit  (12c)

Ping:

C:\app\client\product\12.1.0\client_1\BIN>ping B***

Pinging B***.s***.local [::1] with 32 bytes of data:

it's right hosts file?
