Account override wiped out in R05116Z1I

We are currently using JD Edwards 9.2.  When we load the data into the F06116z table the account number override is present.  When we kick off the R05116Z1I it wipes out the account number override.  We have pin pointed it to the Edit Line B0500002-Time Entry business function.  Has anyone experienced this and have a resolution?
