¿Where comes the exchange rate when creating SO from blanket order using P420111?

Hi all hope someone can help

I want to know ¿Where comes the exchange rate when creating SO from blanket order using P420111?

We need to create sales order from blanket orders in foreign currency but instead of taking the exchange rate from blanket order we need to use the exchange rate of the sales order creation day.

¿Is there a way to do this?
