EX 9.1 Display HR Supervisor's Name, not 'Pooled'

Hi,

We are implementing EX 9.1, and have a question from our user base.  When a transaction (ER, TA or CA) is submitted, in the Pending Actions section of the transaction, the HR Supervisor's name is displayed as 'Pooled'.  I understand this for our Expense Approvers and prepay Auditors, since there could be multiple approvers assigned, but there is only one HR Supervisor, so why doesn't the name display?  Are we missing a flag or other setting?
