adjava -mx512m -nojit oracle.apps.fnd.odf2.FndXdfCmp failing with Unable to get the database connect

adpatch error out with one of the worker process failed while creatin the GTT table in FV scheam.  (Patch : 27363293) EBS R 12.1.3 with DB 12.1.0.2

Oracle Support recommended to creat the failed object using FndXdfCmp for specific xdf file. But it errored out as follow.

$ adjava -mx512m -nojit oracle.apps.fnd.odf2.FndXdfCmp fv "XXXXXXXXX" apps "XXXXXXXXX" thin hostname:dbport:dbname table fv_ccr_process_gt.xdf $FV_TOP/patch/115/xdf/xsl
