Purge Program needed for the table HR.PAY_RUN_RESULT_VALUES

The database tablespace segments are highly occupied by these 2 indexes: HR.PAY_RUN_RESULT_VALUES_PK(Unique index) & HR.PAY_RUN_RESULT_VALUES_N50(NonUnique Index). The base table of these two Index is HR.PAY_RUN_RESULT_VALUES

I am not sure how the data is loaded in this table (or) if someone aware of any purge program/logic for this table will be really helpful.

Let me know if need any more details on this.
