How to establish connectivity from PaaS SOA CS to client On Premise Network

we have been working on integrations where SOA CS need to talk with multiple client on premise applications. we would need best technical solution on below

1) How PaaS SOA CS to be connected to on premise Database.

2)How PaaS  SOA CS to be connected to On premise Ebusiness Suite R12.

3)How PaaS SOA Cs to be connected to On premise FTP server

4)Is there any network setting or firewalls needs to changed at PaaS SOA CS?
