How to trace requests for a user in IIS and eAppWeb logs in IP2016

Hi,

We see sporadic slow logins for certain users . We would like to track the requests for certain users in IIS and eApp web logs. Currently the logs do not show any session id or any unique ID that correlates to user. Is there a way to capture more details in IIS logs and eappweb logs for a specific user?

Web Server : IIS

Siebel Server is on Windows

Siebel Version : IP2016

Application/Vertical: eDealer OUI / Automotive
