Running BI Reports from Unifier

I have created reports in BI which run perfectly. I would like my users to be able to run them from inside Unifier.  I have 'Synchroinised' them into custom templates, and added them to my user navigator, but when the user tries to run the reports, the parameters set up in BI do not work.  Any ideas how to resolve this?
