ORCE v.16 Promotions are not getting reflected at xstore v.16

Dear Community,

As we  integrated xstore with orce through web services there no webservice created at ce for promotions in web service tracking,

for reference.

and the one promotion log created in orce is blank with no content for  checking why there is a gap between the two(xstore-orce)

as we are trying to export promotions from orce to xstore we are unable to check the gap.

and the promotions mnt file created at ce has special character and even this is not proper.
