Awarding a sourcing Buy Event

I am trying to award a sourcing event. After running Optimize Awards process, the event status changed to Pending Award. However I do not see any bidders on the Award page. No data appears there. If there is an example of Analyze, Optimize and Award a Buy Event, please post it here. Thanks!
