Error: Approval List could not be generated. Please contact your System Administrator to review AME

Hi,

I am getting this Error while requesting a change to Requisition. Once the change requisition is created subjected Error message apears everytime you check the status. Although it is not effecting any of the approval steps but this error message is confusing users.

Any Suggestions please?
