move schema from one TS to other TS

Hi,

Database is running on 11.2.0.4... and we have big file table-space which has only one schema with size 40 TB but actual used space is only 200GB.

How can we move entire schema to new tablespace with small file ? all tables, indexes, lobs and all other objects from big file tablespace to small file tablespace.

can this activity be done online ? or we get any outage.

I found some documents for 12c but don't see anything for 11.2.0.4
