ora 47410 realm violation for grant on dv_acctmgr to another user

Hi,

   I have create dvcollect user for OEM 12C Colud Control, to collect data and manage Database Vault server. Now i am trying to grant DV_ACCTMGR and DB_OWNER privileges to this user but i am getting the following error upon execution of command:

ora 47410 realm violation for grant on dv_acctmgr

Please help to proceed further.
