R085303W revisions updating daily when R054101 runs

For some reason, when R054101 runs daily it is adding a lot of incorrect revision records to the P0858303W.

Yesterday we had 647 records in the table and 320 of those records had a date updated = 7/10/18

Today we have 647 records in the table and 256 of them have a date updated of 7/11/18  and now there is one 1 record with a date updated of 7/10.

I'm really confused as to what can be causing this.  The only change we've made is downloading the 2018 W4 ESU.

Does anybody have any ideas as to a possible setup issue I should look at?
