Upgrade from 8.11 SP1 to 9.2

Hello Folks,

We are going to upgrade the servers. Below are the current server details and that want to upgrade to 9.2 on windows platform with oracle database 12c

Current System..

OS - All Servers on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise 64 bit

DB - Oracle Database 10g

JDE - 8.11 SP1 with TR 8.

New System..

OS - All Servers on Windows Platform 2012 R2 Standard/Enterprise 64 bit on oracle Cloud server.

DB - Oracle Database 12c 64 bit

Can any one help me with proper guide or what are the required steps i have to follow and what TR i should take initially to safe my upgrade.
