P4314 Retainage Tax

Hi Team,

There is a processing option of taxes on Retainage tab of P4314. What is the use of that? By description it seems that it applies only to C and V tax ex codes. We are having value of 1 in it.

Does that mean Tax Y/N would be automatically populated as 'N' in case of releasing retainage in the case of tax ex code of 'E'?
