Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. in the document below it mentions about database agent process which modifies local_listener parameter on database.

what is this agent process ? what does it do ? where can i find detailed documentation about that agent.

is it same agent who modifies some lines in oratab or listener.ora file
