INCORRECT CURSOR FOCUS IN CONCURRENT -> SET FORM

Below are the steps to reproduce the issue.

1. Login as SYSADMIN.

2. Navigate to System Administrator -> Concurrent -> Set

3. The default focus is on "Recalculate Default Program Parameters" check box instead of the first field "Set".

4. The default focus remains same even after executing a query.
